Pick the size off the package, not off the logo
- 1.5 inches for a small box, a jewelry carton or a tissue wrap.
- 2 inches for a standard poly mailer or a shipper. This is the one most businesses order.
- 3 inches for a large box, where a two-inch sticker reads as an afterthought.
If you ship in two box sizes, add the same design twice as two lines on one order, one at each size. Each line prices on its own size and quantity, and the minimum is judged on the order as a whole rather than line by line.
A simple mark with a clear outline and a border is the safest thing to put on packaging. Printing and cutting are separate passes, so the border gives any drift between them somewhere to land other than your artwork. It is free.

We do not publish a rating for how a sticker holds up in any particular environment, and nothing on this page should be read as one. If your product depends on a specific property, contact us before you order and we will tell you what we know about the material and what we have not tested.

Packaging sticker questions
Two inches is the workhorse. It is big enough to read your name at arm's length and small enough that one sticker closes a poly mailer or a tissue wrap without wrinkling.
Go to three inches if the box is large enough that a two-inch sticker looks lost on it, and down to an inch and a half if you are sealing something small like a jewelry box.
No, and the difference matters. A packaging sticker brands the outside of the package. A product label goes on the product and usually has to SAY something: what it is, what is in it, who made it, how much it weighs.
If yours has to say something, start on the product labels page instead. It is the same printing and the same pricing, but the page is written for the label question rather than the branding one.
Count how many orders you ship in a normal month and start there, or start lower. The price per sticker falls as the quantity rises, which pulls you toward ordering a lot, but a box of stickers with last year's logo on it is worse value than a slightly higher unit price on a run you use up.

A sticker applies flat and stays flat on a flat panel. On a seam, a taped edge or the ridge of a padded mailer it will want to lift at the corner, so place it on the flattest face you have and keep it away from the edge.
A rounder shape has no corners to catch, which is why so many seal stickers are circles.
Not automatically. There is no stored inventory here, no subscription and no scheduled replenishment: every order is placed when you place it.
What we do is keep the artwork that came with your order, so quoting the old order number gets you the same sticker rather than a fresh interpretation of a new upload.
