Long thin spikes, hairline serifs and very narrow gaps between letters are better set inside a solid background shape than left as the outer edge. Leave a little breathing room between the artwork and the edge so that small movements in the cut do not clip a letter.

Send the largest version of the file you have. If a logo was drawn for a flyer or a website it may be lower resolution than a printed badge wants, in which case tell us and we will look at it before anything is committed to material.
