Stickers for Events, Fundraisers and One-Off Dates
An event sticker has one job on one day. It does not need a run of a thousand, it needs the right number, on time, with the date spelled correctly. Small runs and local pickup are what this shop is built around.
Minimum order: 10 stickers or $10.
Occasions
Six events that order stickers
All of them have a date, a headcount and no appetite for a minimum of five hundred.
Festivals and markets
A table at a street fair, a craft market or a food festival. Stickers give people something to take away that is not a flyer they will drop in the next bin they pass.
Races and rides
5Ks, charity walks, cycling events and regattas. Number-adjacent, bottle-sized and bib-bag stickers, ordered to the field size rather than to a price break.
Fundraisers and galas
Auction items, donor thank-yous, table décor and take-home pieces. A run of fifty covers most sit-down events without leaving a box in a closet afterwards.
Weddings and showers
Welcome bags, favor boxes, guest book pages and envelope seals. One design, a guest count, a date. Exactly the kind of run that a big printer's minimum makes impossible.
Grand openings
A dated design for the day itself, plus the plain logo version you will keep using afterwards. Order them as two lines on the same order.
Conferences and community days
Badge stickers, session markers, sponsor recognition and swag-bag fillers. Stickers travel flat and weigh nothing, which matters when you are carrying the whole event in a car.
Timing
Four things that protect a dated order
None of these is a promise about speed. They are the things that genuinely decide whether a dated order lands.
Order earlier than feels necessary
Artwork review happens before printing, and if your file has a problem we contact you and wait for a reply. That conversation is where an event order loses its days, not the press.
Choose pickup when the date is fixed
Pickup in Huntington is free and removes the carrier from the timeline entirely. A carrier is the one part of the process nobody controls.
Put the date in the notes
Tell us the day you need it in the order notes. We would much rather tell you up front that a date is tight than discover it afterwards.
Keep the design final
Upload the version you have actually approved. A revised file after the order is placed means artwork review starts again, and that is the single most common reason an event order slips.
Production time is confirmed after we review your artwork.
Proofread it twice
The one mistake we cannot fix for you
Artwork review checks whether a file will print. It does not check whether your date is right.
We look at resolution, transparency and how the cut line falls. We do not know that your gala moved from the 14th to the 21st, or that the sponsor's name has two Ns.
Before you upload, read every word on the design out loud, check the day of the week against the date, and have somebody who was not involved in making it read it as well. A typo on a run of stickers with a date on it cannot be worked around afterwards, because the date is the entire point of the sticker.
Custom work cannot be returned or resold, so a spelling mistake means reprinting and paying again. Two minutes of proofreading is the best insurance there is on an order like this.
Questions
Event ordering questions
Production time is confirmed after we review your artwork. Put your date in the order notes and we will tell you whether it is workable before anything is printed, rather than taking the order and hoping.
Count the people you expect and then think about whether every one of them will take one. For a giveaway on a table, not everyone will, so ordering to headcount usually leaves you with leftovers. For a welcome bag where one goes in every bag, order to headcount plus a small margin. Anything up to 500 prices instantly on the order page.
Yes. Each design is its own line on the order, with its own size and its own quantity, and each is priced on its own. The order minimum looks at the whole order, not at each line separately.
Call 631-458-3842 before you order rather than placing it and hoping. Have your final artwork ready, know your size and quantity, and be prepared to collect in Huntington. We will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Custom stickers are made for you and cannot be resold, so we cannot take them back. That is the real argument for ordering a sensible quantity and reordering if they move, rather than ordering for the biggest day you can imagine.
