Kiss-cut and die-cut are printed on the same material on the same machine, and both are cut to the outline of your artwork. Pick the one that suits how the sticker gets delivered, not the one that sounds more premium.
Kiss-cut is priced on exactly the same size and quantity ladder as die-cut stickers. The backing sheet is not a surcharge. You can see how that ladder works on the custom stickers page.
Enough to give you an edge to grip, sized to the sticker rather than to a fixed number. We have not published a measurement for it, because we will not quote one before it is set as a production standard rather than decided job by job.
No. We build the cut path from the outline of your artwork, the same way we do for die-cut. If you want the cut to follow something other than the outline, say so in your message and we will look at it during artwork review.

Kiss-cut is not in the online builder yet, so there is no instant price for it on this site. Die-cut stickers are, and you can upload a file and check out in a few minutes.
If kiss-cut is specifically what you need, send us the design, the finished size and the quantity and a person will come back to you. We are in Huntington and we answer our own email.

Whichever one you reach first. Ten small stickers qualify even if they total less than ten dollars, and one larger sticker qualifies on value alone.
The sticker is cut to the shape of your artwork and the paper liner behind it is left whole. It arrives sitting on a larger square or rectangular backing sheet, with a margin of uncut material around it, and you peel it off the liner to use it.
The printed sticker is the same shape in both. The difference is what it arrives attached to. A die-cut sticker has its liner trimmed to the same outline, so the piece in your hand is already the shape of the design. A kiss-cut sticker sits on a bigger backing sheet, so there is a visible border of liner around it.
Neither is better made and neither costs more. Pick kiss-cut when the sticker is being handed to somebody, dropped into packaging or mailed on its own, because the backing sheet makes it easy to peel and easy to hold. Pick die-cut when you want the piece itself to be the shape of the design with nothing around it.
No. A kiss-cut sticker is one design on its own backing sheet. A sticker sheet is several designs laid out together on one larger shared sheet and sold by the sheet.
No. It is the same file you would send for a die-cut sticker: your design with a transparent background at a good resolution, and the finished size in inches. We generate the cut path from the outline of the artwork.
