East Main Street is NY 25A as it runs through Huntington village. New York Avenue, the road that crosses it, is Route 110, which runs south through Huntington Station and Melville toward the Long Island Expressway and the Northern State Parkway.
If you are coming from Northport, Centerport, Greenlawn or Cold Spring Harbor, 25A brings you straight in. From Melville, Dix Hills or points south, 110 north does the same.
